Greg Shaw of Bomp! fame helped start the Mojo Navigator and its first issue was published on August 8th, 1966. Read all the issues up to issue 13 from 1967. In the first issue under the title of “Smoke Filled Rumors” it tells that ‘Country Joe and the Fish have released an E.P. which you can obtain from them at POBOX…….for $1 All the issues make for interesting reading.

US Bombs – We are the problem
Duane Peters must of changed his mind to who was gonna release the US Bombs next album. A while ago if you went to Disaster’s website, they had a link to “Thorp” records and now there is a link to “Sailor’s Grave” records even though their site is not officially up and running yet. Wonder whats goin’ on?
Follow up: 2/17/06. Duh….Sailor’s Grave is an offshoot of Thorp.
Tom Waits Moral Rights Case
Tom Waits has won a landmark legal victory in Spain, establishing his moral rights in a case brought against car manufacturer Volkswagen-Audi (VAESA) and a Spanish production company for adapting one of Waits™songs and impersonating his voice in a television commercial.
