New Slayer song

Cool sign too.

7/18/25 ~mc~ lets update. How did I even get here? This is an ancient post. I’ve been updating today and I was following links on the old version of MusicFilter sitting @ MusicFilter.org when I came across this post. BMF’s blog style in 2008 was to make a title list and then post a link. I don’t think you could embed a video back then.

But the original link is dead. I keep the link to archive the post plus it’s a pretty funny message. I do like Slayer and we nearly got in a pretty good pit fight at one of their shows. But they were more BMF style and I had to investigate a little to figure out the song. It was pretty easy.

On October 29, 2008, Slayer released the song “Psychopathy Red” on YouTube. It was later included on their album “World Painted Blood”. The song was inspired by the Soviet serial killer Andrei Chikatilo.

Sounds so Slayer. So here it is in a live version! I don’t listen to Slayer words. But the music is bone shattering and makes you breathe hard and fast.

Slayer and Marilyn Manson in Atlanta (7/28/07)

Slayer officially becomes the new leader for hearing loss, especially considering the crappy open air venue. Much much much louder than Kiss at the same venue. Nashville Pussy (in a small closed venue) was the previous leader.

It was our first Slayer concert (6th time with Marilyn), and while a little bit of Slayer goes a long way it was definitely worth the ticket prize and the crappy venue. Marilyn Manson NEVER disappoints.

Photos here.

There are no photos here. At the time BMF was making his photo galleries with Plogger and many of the photos attached to that application were lost in the big web fire. I’m sure they will be found on one of his computers some day. There is an archived version of the Plogger skeleton but no photos. 🙁 5/21/21 ~mc

Burn Baby Burn V1.2

Burn Baby Burn was the first Music Project for us created by MC for our musical enjoyment. Fun is the only word to describe making these discs. Some are missing but we have found the original covers and are working on recreating them all to include on this page.

Here is the original posting of Burn Baby Burn V1.0 from “Whatever Happened To Rock and Roll”

Here is the original posting on MusicFilter by BMF.(new link added by ~mc on 5/21/21 – #57bmf4ever)
