Guns and Roses playing the Download Festival

Download Festival 2006 will host a buttload of bands but the biggest draw will for sure be Guns and Roses. Axl has been gone for quite a while and immediatly books on the biggest festivals in the UK. The Guns and Roses tour as of now that is confirmed:

May 27 – Lisbon, POR @ Rock In Rio (Lisbon)
Jun. 3-4 – ITA @ Gods of Metal
Jun. 3-6 – Nurburgring, GER @ Rock am Ring
Jun. 9-11 – Donington, UK @ Download
Jun. 15-17 – Pannonia Fields, AUT @ Nova Rock

Johnny Rotten on The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame

‘That place does perpetrate some incredible nonsenses – like if it wasn’t for the Ramones there’d be no Sex Pistols. Well, it’s bollocks, isn’t it? That’s not acceptable.
